Watch out chubbies, the theme parks are no longer for you!

Apparently, more and more theme parks are cracking down on the over 40-inch waist crowd.

The latest ride at Universal Studios Hollywood, Mario Kart: Bowser's Challenge, warns that those visitors with waistlines over 40 inches will not be allowed to ride and it's not the only theme park doing it. Many theme parks are tightening rules for riders, especially those with larger waists, despite the fact that the average waist circumference for men measures 40.5 inches and 38.7 inches for women.

So those with larger waistlines are feeling left out of the fun, saying these theme parks need to be more inclusionary, but theme parks say their only concern is safety. Read more about it the Wall St. Journal or check out Handel's segment about it from this morning's show.
