A train crashed into a tow truck that was parked on some railroad tracks in Milwaukie Monday night.
Police say the tow truck driver parked on the tracks at Southeast Harmony Road and Railroad Avenue while trying to hook up a disabled vehicle, when it was hit by the train.
No one was injured in the crash, but the railroad arms were destroyed.
The intersection for North and South bound travel South of SE Railroad Avenue was shut down, until Union Pacific Railroad inspected the tracks and repaired the arms.
Police say the two truck driver, 37-year-old Shayne Davis, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and taken to the Clackamas County Jail.
