The City of Vancouver would like to remind residents and visitors that the sale and use of all types of fireworks are completely banned on all days within the city limits.
Violators of the city’s law may be fined $500 or more.

Fireworks laws vary throughout Clark County, depending on what city you live in and whether you live north or south of NE 219th Street in the unincorporated areas of the county. Please contact the appropriate jurisdiction to learn more about their fireworks laws.
To report illegal use of fireworks in Vancouver, please call the non-emergency 3-1-1 number, or 360-693-3111. You will need to provide the address or nearest cross streets of the location where the fireworks are being discharged when you call.
