The Clark County Sheriff's Office Tactical Detective's Unit located and recovered the stolen French bulldog puppy taken in a strong armed Robbery in Clark County last week.
While following up on investigative leads, TDU Detectives located the suspect leaving a residence near 155Th Ave, and Division Street in Portland.
The suspect was identified as 25-year-old Jamie Homsley.
Homsely voluntarily released the French bulldog puppy to detectives.
The puppy was returned to its rightful owner.
Charges are being filed with the Clark County Prosecutor's Office.
