Portland Police continue to target street takeover events.
On Saturday, police made 20 traffic stops of vehicles that appeared to be involved in street takeovers.
Four vehicles were towed and two were seized under Oregon's street racing forfeiture law.
Three people were arrested and two were cited.
Portland Police worked with the Multnomah County District Attorney's office in the street takeover mission.
