Semi-Truck Crash Closes Lanes On Hwy 26

The eastbound lanes of Highway 26 were closed for hours at Cedar Hills Boulevard after a semi-truck crashed Monday morning.

A semi-truck became high centered on the jersey barrier on Highway 26 shortly before 4 a.m. and leaked fuel from one of it's tanks.

Crews had to divert traffic off Highway 26 east at Cedar Hills Boulevard then back onto the highway while they removed the truck and cleaned up the fuel spill.

All lanes reopened shortly before 10 a.m.

No one was hurt.

Police say the roads were icy at the time of the crash.
