Trump Delivers First Speech To United Nations General Assembly

President Trump threatens to totally destroy North Korea if the North forces the U.S. to defend itself or its allies.  Speaking to the UN General Assembly today, Trump said North Korea poses a threat to the entire world with its nuclear program.  He stressed that the North is run by a band of criminals and again referred to North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as "rocket man."  He also argued that Kim is on a suicide mission for himself and his regime.
Trump went after Iran in a wide-ranging speech.  He called the Iran nuclear deal an embarrassment to the U.S. and suggested he may pull the U.S. out of the international accord.  Trump accused Iran of promoting destabilizing behavior in the world said the country is being run by a corrupt and murderous regime.  Meantime, the President called for a political solution to the bloody civil war in Syria.

He also warned that the civilized world will not tolerate the use of chemical weapons in Syria.  Trump said he will always put America first.  He insisted that the U.S. will always be a great friend to the world but will not be taken advantage of.  Trump vowed to pursue harmony and friendship, not conflict and strife.  He called this a time of immense promise or great peril in the world.  Trump noted that the world could be lifted to new heights or fall into a "valley of disrepair."  Trump said leading threats include rogue regimes, terrorism and international drug trafficking.
